About Springdale

The Springdale Civic Association (SCA) has been active since the beginning of the subdivision in the mid 1950s.

The purpose of the volunteer-led association is to promote the common good and general welfare of the property owners and the residential community, unite the residents of the community to foster friendly-neighborhood relationships, and inform and increase interest with respect to public, social, civic, educational and recreational activities.
